Please ensure that all products remain in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your artisanal items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our studio.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
